It is one thing to know how to practice law…quite another to know how to run a law firm. Leonard Segal was the Course Chair for a recent Minnesota Continuing Legal Education program entitled Starting Your Own Solo or Small Firm Practice. The program, which was held on September 11, 2012, in Minneapolis, was designed for lawyers who were starting, or thinking about starting, their own law firm. Attendees received practical, real-world tips and advice about starting and running a law firm.
The feedback from attendees was so positive, Lenny will Chair a similar program on March 14, 2013. The March 14 program will feature some returning speakers, some new speakers, and a special networking lunch that will allow attendees to network with other lawyers.
