Minnesota CLE’s Strategic Solutions for Solo & Small Firms Conference made its triumphant return to Duluth, MN in 2022 and Leonard Segal once again was asked to present a session on employment law. This year, Lenny gave a fun and fast-paced presentation entitled Rapid Fire – 25 Things Everyone Should Know About Employment Law. It was so much fun, Lenny actually presented it twice!
Covering 25 topics in one hour meant things moved quickly, but Lenny was able to cover a number of topics including the Family & Medical Leave Act, pregnancy-related topics, release agreements, misclassification issues, hybrid workplace considerations, sick and safe time, wage theft, minimum wage, COVID-19 vaccine mandates, and much, much more!
