On January 9, 2024, Leonard Segal presented a Minnesota continuing legal education webcast entitled New Employment Laws Taking Effect in 2024 . . . and Beyond. Lenny’s webcast focused on the significant number of new employment laws passed by the Minnesota legislature in 2023 that will impact both employers and employees, as well as the lawyers who advise them.
