Leonard Segal presented at the 2022 Business Law Institute, which was co-sponsored by Minnesota Continuing Legal Education and the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Business Law Section. This year’s Business Law Institute was on May 9-10, 2022.
Lenny’s topic was Current Employment Law Issues Including COVD Mandates, Hybrid Workplaces, and More. In addition to COVID mandates and considerations for hybrid workplaces, Lenny addressed several other hot topics in employment law including non-compete agreements, wage theft, misclassification issues, sick and safe time, and much more.
