On November 10, 2021, Leonard Segal co-presented a webcast entitled “Workplace Investigations from Start to Finish.” Well-done investigations help maintain a positive work environment, allow matters to get resolved successfully, and can avert or be a defense in litigation. Poorly-done investigations, on the other hand, can damage the work environment and increase potential legal exposure. During this session, Lenny brought a defense lawyer’s perspective to investigations while his co-presenter provided the perspective of a plaintiff’s lawyer. It was an engaging and informative webcast.
