Dan is a Segal Duffek Moen partner primarily working with financial institution clients. Dan has dedicated his practice to becoming a trusted advisor to state and federally chartered credit unions and advising them on the unique issues that arise in the credit union industry. Dan will be the first to tell you he is lucky to have the best clients a guy could ask for.

Clients call on Mr. Duffek to deal with regulatory and compliance issues, vendor due diligence/contract review, lending, real estate transactions, secured transactions, creditor rights/remedies and bankruptcy.

Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota, and his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Hamline University School of Law.

Uncle Dan loves to travel, explore the abundant Twin Cities’ brewery scene, and spending time with his ten nieces and nephews. Dan practices yoga with the same commitment he practices law… he just dresses differently.
