Kyle Moen has been recognized by Minnesota Lawyer as a “POWER 30: Merger & Acquisition” honoree for 2024. This list recognizes lawyers whose mere presence on a matter signifies the stakes, who have influenced the direction of the law, whose leadership in the community is pervasive, and whose respect within the bar is undeniable.
Kyle represents buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organizations, private offerings, and real estate transactions. He also counsels dozens of private companies as outside general counsel. In 2024, Kyle represented clients in transacting nearly $600,000,000 of business purchase and sale transactions.
